We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Email [email protected] and we will show you what we hold, correct anything wrong, or delete it. We aim to respond within 30 days. Deleting your coaching content may end an active engagement, and we'll tell you before we do it.

We are a US company and your data is processed in the United States. If you are in the UK or European Economic Area, you can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, or to stop processing it — email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
Our service is intended for graduate-programme applicants and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Payments run through Stripe and we never hold card data. Access to coaching content is limited to you and your assigned coach. If we ever become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you as required by the breach-notification law of your state.
We'll post material changes on this page with a new effective date, and email registered users before they take effect.
